We ship Fed Ex Ground, based on the weight of each box, helping to guarantee the lowest possible cost. We hope to provide you with the highest quality service.
Returns
We strive to be of service to our parish customers. Although it is rare, sometimes merchandise just isn’t what we expect or doesn’t function as it was intended. We can accept returns of our stock merchandise within 14 days, provided that a receipt or invoice is available and that the merchandise is in sellable condition. We offer store gift certificates in the amount of the return.Exceptions to this policy include special order texts which are not part of De Sales Catholic Bookstore’s stock and media (CDs and DVDs) that have been opened. In the event that an item is defective, we will work with you and our distributors to provide a quality replacement.
Special order items, unfortunately, cannot be returned.
Standing Orders and Order Records
We want you to have what you need when you need it. Whether you have done business with us for years or have just started, we would like to be able to serve you better. One way we do this is to keep on record standing orders for Ordos, Lector Workbooks, and more.
Another way we serve parishes is maintaining records of candles and gift orders. Ask if we have that information on file. If we don’t, we’ll be happy to add your parish to our existing records. If we do, help us to be sure that our information is up to date.
We haven’t forgotten the priests! We also maintain a record of priests’ clerical shirt sizes and preferences for easy gift-giving. Help us to be sure we’re accurate!
